This is a PAID GIG. Your rate of pay is determined by what you share, your ability to increase audience attendance and your level of performance experience.
BURLESQUE & STRIPPING
We are hoping to create a series of BURLESQUE events that feature a mix of established and emerging performers. All genders welcome!
We are also hoping to add both seasoned and amateur stripping to some 19+ events.
These would be PAID gigs.
DRAG KINGS AND MORE!
We intend to host a monthly drag king night with a high production value. We are also looking for ways to give emerging/new drag performers more opportunities for experience. There are also ways to integrate more drag in our other events.
These would mostly be PAID gigs but we may also have some events for newer performers that do not have a reliable revenue stream or funding, so there could be some unpaid events too.
EMERGING QUEER POETS PODCAST
We are hoping to create a MONTHLY podcast that shares the work of 8-15 emerging queer and trans poets.
Right now we have no funding for this so this NOT PAID. If that changes, we will update this form.
If chosen, you would be asked to submit a 2 to 5 minute poem that is a clear recording and in the MP3 format.
